We are in!

So I am way behind on blogging, but for some reason that I will reveal in an upcoming post, I have a lot just sitting, so here is our life the last couple months. Our most exciting news is that we are finally in our brand new house! We love it. I unfortunately don't have pictures of it to post, but I will post a tour of the house soon. We closed on the house on April 12th and started moving in on April 14th, and stayed the night for the first time on the 15th. We were so lucky to have all of the help we received. We had several men from the Glen Eagle 1st ward Elder's Quorum as well as the Elder's Quorum from our new ward in Layton. And of course my family helped out a ton. We are so appreciative to my parents for letting us stay with them so long while our house was being finished. It really could not have gone better while we were there. Thanks again Mom and Dad! It took a couple of weeks to get things mostly unpacked and boxes out of sight. Of course I still have lots of decorating and boxes downstairs to go through. But we definitely feel at home. We had my family over for Sunday dinner the Sunday after we moved in and then Doug's family over on Sunday May 2nd for dinner. None of them had seen our house and we were excited to show them. We are enjoying the area and the kids our loving all of the space they have to play. The neighbors are great. We had dinner brought over to us the first two nights we were here. Very thoughtful! It is great to be here!
