The Sunday after Christmas we headed back to Utah. My sister Mendy and her kids came to Utah on Monday for all of us to be at the airport to pick up my brother Jeremy from serving a two year mission in the Little Rock Arkansas mission. Doug met us at the airport from work. It was so fun to see him walk down the hallway! It is fun to have him home! It has been great hearing about his mission and all of the great experiences he had. He has grown and matured a lot, but is still the fun loving pest that we all love!
He was released later that night and then the next time we had our Bird family Christmas so that Jeremy could be there with us. The kids were thrilled to get even more presents. The best present for all of us was the Wii. It was great being together as a family again!
