House for Sale

Wow! I am terrible at this. It's been over a month since I have updated, and we have lots to report. One fun thing is that we have decided to try to sell our house. With interest rates low, houses getting cheaper, and wanting to upgrade to a bigger house, we thought now would be a good time. It's been up for sale a little over a month. So far we have gotten one offer which we counter-offered back and they decided to go with another house. But we have had lots of people looking a couple people really interested. We had an open house yesterday, which went pretty well. My mom is our realtor and she has done great! We owe her big time! So we will see what happens in the next couple of months. But it has been fun looking at new houses. We are sad to leave the people here though. We have a lot of great friends which will be hard to leave, but we won't be going far away!
